- EuroPCom aims to promote (a) professionalisation (b) knowledge sharing (c) networking, of and between communication experts from the various levels of government in all EU Member States. The EuroPCom conference is on the official calendar of the Belgian presidency of the European Union. The initiators are the Belgian Walloon Region's "Service public de Wallonie" and the Flemish Region's "Diensten voor het Algemeen Regeringsbeleid", together with the Committee of the Regions. The conference is being organised in partnership with all the various tiers of government in Belgium: the federal government, the Brussels Capital region and the German-speaking Community.
